Mt. Defiance Amaretto Liqueur

Thirteen (13) varieties of nuts, herbs, fruits, and spices are used in crafting Mt. Defiance Amaretto Liqueur.

We start with apricot kernels and almonds to form the backbone of our liqueur. Sweet but not cloying, true Ceylon cinnamon, cherries, and apricots contribute to a full dense flavor that lingers on the palette. The result is a delicious after-dinner drink served on the rocks.
